Someone else also said there was a Med-X one that had adjustable arms/elbow pads for the pullover? Its hard to find a good pullover machine. Someone als osaid there was a womans version of the pullover made. That being said there are still awesome machines available new, but it took a lot of work to find them. Plus, most isokinetic machines are designed to isolate movement to a single joint, which might not be ideal for those hoping to increase overall strength or muscle mass. Shame how a lot of the newer equipment is just garbage. That being said, there are still gems like these around I suppose, but are rare and hard to find. Plus, most isokinetic machines are designed to isolate movement to a single joint, which might not be ideal for those hoping to increase overall strength or muscle mass.
